Location is great! I highly recomment the Black Dove right down the street! An awesome pub!Service is good and bed are very comfortable.
although on the site it seemed that the decoration was kind of original (with movie stars and so on) it ended up being a bit disapointing as it was reduced to a single frame on the wall with Clark Gable...

We stayed at Colson House for the weekend of the Brighton marathon. We had an excellent stay. The rooms are comfortable and airy. The bathroom was spotless. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sooo good. Location wise, it was spot on. The beach was only a few hundred yards away and the Lanes were a short walk away. There you could find places to eat. We would stay agian if we needed to come to Brighton.

Colson House's charming decor and easy access. The beautifully quirky details and cozy corners created a cute atmosphere, while the coded entry system and clear communication made getting around effortlessly convenient for a senior traveler like me.

Staff always wonderful and lovely!
Nice, stunning room available with plenty of space to relax, which was well worth the extra plus an upstairs bathroom. Marvellous and brilliant location close to pubs and cafes.

Stayed at colson house for 2 nights and loved it! The place was clean, tidy, and the room was super comfortable. It's a great spot, just a short walk to both pubs and shops. The coded entry made everything easy too. Definitely a gem! Billy and john are wonderful hosts.
